Sure, you can add useful links on the homepage. If you do this using the "Button" then please make sure you have changed the "Button Text" to something recognizable. For example, if you link to BBC.com, then call the hypertext "BBC."

I would prefer that you don't have someone else's content on your page. Pictures is fine. You need to create a new page to "link" your personal blog to your website. You must do this by going to pages, add a blog page, and then copy and paste your sina blog's url in the box called "External Link." You must then "Publish" this information to your website. Please check my instructions if you are still unsure.

This is not the URL to your website. You must "Publish" your content by pressing the orange Publish button on the right hand side of the screen.

Please make sure you link your SINA blog by creating a separate blog page. Same way you created your weebly blog page, but instead you must check the third box called "Outside Link." Copy and paste your SINA's url into that box.
